Good app to express my appreciation to God
App not working. Can only see picture, can't see or access a menu or the devotion.
The app is not working. I'm unable to view the written devotional section. This is especially a problem because I just paid for the full subscription. Please fix the app. Thanks.
Won't let me sign in at all!
The tech issues are awful! It never had this problem when I used it on my iPhone. Renewing the subscription is the worst. I'm incredibly disappointed
The App is great... for a while until you renew it. I paid for renewal on 2/20/20. The app states my subscription expired. I uninstalled it, restarted my phone and reinstalled it. When I reached out to the Support team, I was informed that it should automatically detect my renewal on Android devices. This did not happen (obviously), and I have not yet received a reply from Alphapod Support. Seems like I spent the $12.99 on nothing...
I'm an annual subscriber but the app is not working. I've subscribed for a few years. First, through the Apple store. The past year, I've subscribed via Google Play. My subscription renewed yesterday but I can't navigate the app anymore. I tried logging out & back in only to receive a message that an error was encountered while communicating with the server. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling & saw the same issue. I've spent $12.99 for a nonworking app. Alphapod has not responded to my emails.
I loved this app but for several weeks now, I haven't been able to log in with Facebook. I've tried to input my email that I use for Facebook and hit "Forgot Password" but then it shows an error notification like I can't retrieve a password because "user signed up with Facebook". Please help or please someone advise me on how to cancel my subscription.
CANT LOG IN HAVING PAID FOR A YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION!!! PLEASE GET ME. REFUND
Used to love it... Then I paid for the second year subscription, the app updated and I can't log in again... I Paid for. Something I can't use... I Uninstalled and reinstalled. Tried all the avenues to log in.. Don't know If it's a scam or what is going on...
